HOUSE RULES

A place to live.
People to thryve with.

Welcome Home

Co-living works best when everyone respects the home and the people they live with. These house rules are designed to make sure everyone enjoys a clean, safe and comfortable place to live.

They're pretty simple:

Be kind. Be respectful. Clean up after yourself.

If everyone follows these rules, everyone gets a better home.

Respect Your Housemates

Treat your housemates how you'd like to be treated.

Please:

• Respect everyone's privacy.
• Be considerate of noise.
• Use respectful language.
• Do not bully, intimidate or discriminate against anyone.
• Resolve issues calmly and respectfully.

If you're having ongoing issues, please contact Thryve Property.

Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum between

10:00pm – 7:00am

This includes:

• Music
• TV
• Phone calls
• Guests
• Washing machine
• Loud conversations

Remember—other people may be sleeping or working different shifts.

Kitchen Rules

The kitchen belongs to everyone.

Please remember:

• Wash, dry and put away your dishes immediately after use.

• Clean the stovetop after use.
• Don't leave food scraps in the sink.
• Empty packaging goes in the bin.
• Don't leave personal belongings on the benches.
• Label your food if required.

Our house motto:

If you empty it — fill it.

If you dirty it — clean it.

If you spill it — wipe it up.

If you open it — close it.
