Alicia is the owner and licensee of Thryve Property, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience across property management and sales in WA. Starting her career at 17, she has built and rebuilt portfolios, supported successful sales campaigns, and guided clients through changing markets.
In the brief moments Alicia has downtime, she spends it with her husband Brendan and their not one, not two but three daughters! To counteract this, she also enjoys filming Tik Toks, while park running and strategising plans for Thryve's future all at the same time. Because when it comes to Alicia, you can count her doing 17 things at the same time and do it with ease.

Elissa first stepped into Real Estate in 2007, reaching Senior Property Management levels before moving into Business Management. Since then she has owned and operated multiple businesses while building an impressive resume. You'll probably find Elissa with her husband and the two medium sized humans that call her their Mum; along with a multitude of pets. She'll tell you her default hobbies include listening to her kids talk non stop, looking after her kids pets, running a household, checking emails and designing creative and amazing things.
AIMEE CROWLEY
Property Care Team Coordinator
Aimee joined Thryve after owning and operating her own successful cleaning business, where she managed a team of more than 15 staff and specialised in inspection and vacate cleans. Safe to say, she knows exactly what to look for when it comes to property care.
Outside of Thryve, Aimee can usually be found secretly adding another plant to her collection - her husband will never notice, or singing far too loudly in the car to destinations unknown - unless Waze is connected.
Aimee's (nearly adult) kids would 100% agree; if you have pets home during your routine inspection, she will want to say hello. A pat, cuddle or enthusiastic greeting from your furry family member will absolutely make her day.

Reyna is the Administrative Coordinator at Thryve Property, supporting the day-to-day operations that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong focus on organisation, communication, and attention to detail, she plays a key role in ensuring both owners and tenants receive a seamless experience as an integral part of our team.
