Do you have landlord insurance in place? If so, which provider and what’s covered? If not, would you like Thryve Property to arrange a quote?

Please provide an Electrical Safety Certificate dated within 12 months, if you are not able to provide this (or you current agent), please confirm that we will arrange for this to be checked at a cost of $110 plus any required works.

Are there any warranties on appliances or systems (aircon, hot water unit, etc.)?
