Complete a quick onboarding form so I can understand your property and goals. 

2. I prepare everything

I'll organise your management agreement and walk you through anything you need to know.

3. Notify your current agent (if applicable)

If you're switching, I'll guide you through this step and can assist with the transition.

4. I handle the handover

I liaise with your current agnet, collect all documentation and ensure everything is transferred properly.

5. Your property is managed properly

From here, I take care of everything - with clear communication, proactive management and a focus on results. So you can feel confident your property is being looked after properly.
